Particularly with food rises, and environmental issues (meat consumption and production accounts for a large proportion of global emissions) – but what do you think about insects being served in cakes as food? Would you pay for these? The bakery is in Edinburgh but I imagine it won’t be too long before something similar opens up closer to wherever you live!
